Delete Your Poko's Mint Garden Account

Poko's Mint Garden lets signed-in players delete their account and associated cloud data from inside the app. You can also contact support if you cannot access the app or need help with the request.

Delete From The App

  1. Open Poko's Mint Garden and sign in with the Google account connected to your game account.
  2. Open the menu, then go to Profile or Support.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion prompt.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot open the app, email pokofrogs@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Poko's Mint Garden account". Include the Google sign-in email or public username associated with the account so support can identify it. We may ask for additional verification before deleting account data.

Timing

In-app deletion is submitted immediately after confirmation. Email requests are reviewed as soon as practical, and are normally completed within 30 days after identity verification.
